END OF SUMMER INTENSE  6 DAY HOCKEY CAMPS

       THE 6 DAY CAMPS ARE DESIGNED TO GET YOUR HEAD and BODY BACK IN THE GAME....READY TO POUNCE INTO TRYOUTS!!!

DAILY SCHEDULE:

        ·         On Ice 2hrs – progressive & intense  power skating, puck movement, stick handling/passing, shooting drills, body positioning, and checking drills

        ·         Dry land conditioning  1.5hrs – shooting technique, anaerobic, aerobic, endurance, strength, and plyo-metric training – age specific

        ·         EVENING one hour GAME SESSIONS - TAKING THE MORNING LESSONS TO “PLAY”

        ·         3 HRS ICE PER DAY

        ·         FINAL DAY 3 0N 3 COMPETION – AWARDS AND PRIZES

INCLUDED:

        ·         Nutrition Presentation

        ·         Fitness Test

        ·         Proper Stretching and Training Techniques

        ·         Nutrition Snack supplied before dry land

        ·         END OF CAMP Evaluation

        ·         Jersey, t-shirt, training manual, and hat included!!!

        ·         All assisting instructors will be from the CRSTORM JUNIOR B HOCKEY CLUB

 TOTAL COST:  

-          $400.00 + HST. One week (6 days)

-          $750.00 + HST.  Two weeks (12 days)  

$200.00(one week), $350.00 (2 weeks) deposit due at registration on line or send cheque to crstorm/cht office - balance due August 10th .

6-Day Camps Schedule

Week One Group: August 16th thru 21st

  • On Ice 7:00am - 10am
  • Dry land training to follow.
  • Finish at 12:00pm
  • Week Two Group: August 23rd thru 28th

  • On Ice 7:00am - 10am
  • Dry land training to follow.
  • Finish at 12:00pm
  • Combo Group: August 16th thru 28th

  • August 16th thru 21st - 7:00am - 10:00am on ice / Dry land training to follow / Finish 12:00pm
  • August 23rd thru 28th - 11:45am on ice / Finish 6:30pm

  • Complete hard schedule copy to be handed out first day.

    Note:
    • Bring off-ice training gear everyday (shorts, good running shoes, towel, water bottle, etc)
    • Bring additional nutrition (fruit will be supplied each day to grab as you go)
    • There will be opportunity for athletes to grab extra ice / gym / dry-land training time with other groups
    • Last day wrap up for all groups is Saturday, August 28th
    • This is a progressive training program, therefore it is important to attend every session designated to your group!
